Dottoressa, il caffè fa bene o fa male?

Il CAFFÈ è una delle bevande più consumate al mondo e soprattutto in Italia. Spesso però ci si chiede se faccia davvero bene o no.

Ecco che in questo breve video ti espongo tutti i suoi benefici ma anche quando è meglio evitarlo, riportandoti ovviamente gli opportuni riferimenti scientifici (che puoi trovare in fondo alla descrizione).

Nel caffè sono stati trovati più di mille attivi ed ancora oggi non sono del tutto chiari i meccanismi grazie ai quali ci protegge.

➡️ 02:20 Sicuramente la grandissima quantità di MOLECOLE ANTIOSSIDANTI presente nel caffè, svolge un ruolo importantissimo.

Ecco alcune delle sue azioni:

☑️ 01:38 riduce l’infiammazione del fegato in gravi patologie epatiche

☑️ 01:54 previene o svolge un’azione interessante in numerose patologie croniche come quelle cardiovascolari, il diabete di tipo 2, malattie degenerative come il Parkinson e altre ancora

☑️ 04:35 migliora la performance cognitiva

 

07:34 Ci sono però determinate situazioni in cui sarebbe meglio astenersi da questa bevanda come ad esempio se soffri di:

☑️ insonnia
